• Representation of Transurban in relation to the AUD5.5 billion Western Distributor road project in Victoria, Australia. *
• Representation of the Maya Consortium comprising of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc and Vinci Airports in relation to their bid for the P108.2-billion contract to operate and maintain five regional airports under the Philippine government's public private partnership program. *
• Representation of the consortium of MTR Corporation, John Holland and United Group in regards to their unsolicited proposal to deliver 25 high capacity trains, high capacity signalling, grade separations at level crossings, power upgrades and a new train maintenance depot on the Dandenong corridor in Victoria, Australia. *
• Representation of the financiers to the Secure Pathways consortium comprising of Serco Australia Pty Limited, Lend Lease Building Contractors Pty Limited, John Laing Investments Limited and Macquarie Capital Group Limited, in the proposed financing of the Ravenhall Prisons Project PPP in Victoria, Australia.

• TagEnergy on the acquisition, development and project financing of the 756MW Golden Plains Wind Farm (Stage 1) in Victoria, Australia. This deal was awarded 'Asia-Pacific Renewables Deal of the Year 2022' by Project Finance International.
• Neoen on the development of the 200MW/400MWh Western Downs Battery in Queensland.
• Neoen on the 150MW Hornsdale Power Reserve, its joint development with Tesla of the world's largest lithium ion battery in South Australia, which was awarded 'Asia-Pacific Energy Storage Deal of the Year 2019' by IJ Global; Neoen on the 300MW.
• Nexif in relation to the project financing of the 154 MW Snapper Point Power Station in South Australia and the Stage 2 expansion of the Lincoln Gap Wind Farm in South Australia which forms part of a126MW hybrid wind farm and 10MW energy storage system in South Australia.
• Representation of Neoen Australia Pty Limited in the development and financing of Kaban Green Power Hub, a renewable energy project located in the Atherton Tablelands of Far North Queensland. It consists of a 157 MW wind farm with approval for a 100 MW battery, and a network upgrade.
• Representation of Neoen Australia Pty Limited on the development and project financing of the 460MW Western Downs Green Power Hub in south east Queensland, Australia which, when completed, will be Australia's largest solar farm with the capacity to power 235,000 homes.
• Representation of Neoen in relation to the development and financing of the 300MW Victorian Big Battery to be built by Tesla near Moorabool in Victoria, Australia.
• Representation of Octopus Investments Australia Pty Ltd in relation to the acquisition of the Dulacca Wind Farm located in Western Downs region of Queensland.
• Representation of HCPS Co Pty Ltd in relation to the portfolio financing of the Hudson Creek Power Station and the Batchelor Solar Farm.
• Representation of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners in relation to the joint development of a hydrogen export project of up to 5000 MW located north of the town of Kalbarri, Western Australia, which include the acquisition of an interest in Hydrogen Renewables Australia Pty Ltd by Copenhagen Infrastructure IV K/S.
• Representation of Colonial First State Global Asset Management in relation to the proposed acquisition of certain renewable energy assets.
• Representation of Offshore Energy on its strategic partnership with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners for the development of Australia's first offshore wind project, the A$8 billion "Star of the South" wind farm in Victoria, including drafting and negotiation of all equity documentation.
• Representation of ESCO Pacific in relation to the sale and project development of various solar farm projects in Queensland.
• Representation of a project company in relation to the development of the Willogoleche wind farm in South Australia.
• Representation of Energy Development Corporation in relation to the US$315 million ECA-backed financing and development of the 150MW Burgos Wind Farm in the Philippines. This project was awarded 'Renewables Deal of the Year' by PFI.
• Representation of Investec Bank in relation to the AUD750 million Collgar Wind Farm project in Western Australia. This project was awarded 'Best Project Finance Deal' by Finance Asia.
• Representation of a developer in relation to the 330MW Neerabup gas fired power station in Western Australia.
• Representation of a bidder in relation to the acquisition of a company involved in the generation of electricity from waste coal mine gas.
• Representation of a project company in relation to the development of the 50.4MW Khandke wind farm in Maharastra, the first non-recourse financing of an Indian wind project delivered by an international bank.
• Representation of the project sponsors on the development of the 55MW Mumbida Wind Farm in Western Australia.
