Overview
Carlo Meert is the Brussels office Executive Partner and a partner in the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.
Carlo advises private equity firms and corporates on cross-border transactions, particularly mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, as well as advising on general corporate matters. He handles major strategic deals in a variety of industries including energy, industrial and financial institutions.
Over the past years, Carlo has advised on some of the most significant cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. Clients describe him as "technically world class and as responsive as it can get", "meticulous in his attention to detail, while maintaining a constructive, solution-oriented approach".
