Constantin Nuernberger
Biography
Overview
Constantin is a litigation associate in New York and a member of White & Case’s antitrust practice group. His practice focuses on a wide range of domestic and international competition issues, with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining White & Case, Constantin served as a foreign policy advisor to the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations. In that capacity, Constantin helped negotiate key elements of the 2016 Review of the United Nations Peacebuilding Architecture.
Constantin has significant experience in transatlantic relations. Among other credentials, Constantin interned with the Communications Department of the German Federal Ministry of Finance. Constantin also participated in an exchange program while in law school with the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.
He obtained his JD from Emory University School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude from Davidson College. Constantin is a member of Phi Beta Kappa in recognition of academic excellence.
