Danica Noble is an associate in the Firm's global International Trade Practice. Her practice focuses primarily on US trade remedy matters, and includes representing and advising clients in proceedings before the US Department of Commerce, the US International Trade Commission, and the US Court of International Trade. Danica also has experience advising on economic sanctions compliance matters and writing research papers for clients on WTO law and public international law.
Danica is actively involved in the Business & Human Rights Group and pro bono matters at the Firm. She has counseled global corporations, intergovernmental organizations, and NGOs on human rights due diligence obligations and various environmental issues.
In law school, Danica built an expertise in international law through participation in the John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition on WTO law and the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot. She participated as both a competitor and a coach in the WTO Moot, placing first in the All Americas Regional Round and second in the Global Round.
Prior to law school, Danica served as an analyst for US Customs and Border Protection, handling various trade facilitation and trade enforcement matters, and previously as a Program Manager at a social enterprise in China handling labor rights issues.
