Dylan Fay is an associate in the Firm's US Disputes Group, concentrating in complex civil litigation and white collar investigations. Before joining White & Case, Dylan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cecilia M. Altonaga, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
Dylan has represented clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court. He also has experience representing both individuals and multinational companies in internal investigations, corporate compliance, and white-collar defense matters involving bribery and corruption, kickbacks, healthcare fraud, and accounting fraud.
