Eline Souffriau

Eline is an associate in the BeLux Transactional practice and the global Debt Finance and Capital Markets practice. She is registered with both the Brussels and Luxembourg (Liste IV) bars and practicing in both jurisdictions.

Eline advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including domestic and cross-border acquisition, dividend recapitalisation and leveraged financings (with a focus on syndicated facilities and direct lending transactions), refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions.

Eline has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in the area of Banking, Finance and Capital Markets (Legal 500 2021 and 2022), and described by clients as "One of the smartest financing associates I have worked with. Quality of work is outstanding" and "She stands out as individual in this practice through her intelligence and work ethic".
