Medco Laurel Tree Pte. Ltd.'s US$400 million senior notes issuance
Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) Pte, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, DBS Bank Ltd, Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch as Initial Purchasers in the issuance by Medco Laurel Tree Pte. US$350 million loan to Edgepoint Group
Deutsche Bank Singapore Branch as mandated lead arranger in a US$350 million loan facility to an Indonesian subsidiary of Edgepoint Group, an Asia-focused towers business sponsored by the US$25 billion infrastructure investor, Digital Colony. The other lenders included ING Bank, Natixis and Standard Chartered Bank, all working from Singapore.

US$432 million financing for the PPP Satellite Infrastructure Project
