Biography
Overview
Ilan Wong is a partner in the Investment Funds Group, based in Hong Kong. She has extensive experience in representing various institutional investors throughout Asia, North America and Europe in their investments in private investment funds, hedge funds and separate accounts, and on secondary and co-investment transactions.
Ilan also advises sponsor-side clients on fund formation and investment-related activities for various types of investment funds.
Experience
PAG in the establishment of and offering of interests in PAG Asia Loan Fund L.P., a US$675 million fund providing primary loans in Greater China, Australia and other countries in Asia.
PAG in the establishment of PAG Asia Special Situations Fund II, a US$1.375 billion special situations fund focused on special situations opportunities primarily in the Asia-Pacific region.
