Overview

James is a partner within the EMEA private equity team in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and focuses primarily on private equity transactions. Prior to joining White & Case, James worked at a Magic Circle firm in London.

James has spent time on secondment with the legal team at Pfizer, the global pharmaceuticals company, and private equity sponsors Arle Capital and Smithfield.
