Overview

Kate is a partner in the firm's Global Commercial Litigation Practice.

Kate is a senior disputes lawyer specialising in the infrastructure and construction sectors. She advises on and is responsible for the management and resolution of high-value and substantial commercial and construction disputes, with particular expertise in formulating strategies for the conduct of large, complex disputes.

Prior to joining White & Case, Kate was General Counsel at Lendlease Construction Australia and has over 20 years' experience.
