The M&A Advisor has named four partners of global law firm White & Case LLP "Emerging Leaders" in its 13th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards: Scott Fryman (New York), Matthew Hendy (New York), Kristen Rohr (New York) and Neeta Sahadev (Silicon Valley).
Previously known as the "40 Under 40" awards, the Emerging Leaders awards "celebrate the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made notable contributions to their industry and community," according to The M&A Advisor.
Fryman is a partner in the White & Case Global Tax Practice and Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. His practice focuses on tax aspects of complex business transactions, including domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, financings and restructurings.
Hendy is a partner in the White & Case Global Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. Hendy's practice focuses on the representation of private equity sponsors in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and divestitures, including joint ventures and equity co-investments, in a wide variety of industries.
Rohr is a partner in the White & Case Global Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. Rohr focuses on the representation of corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with domestic and global mergers, acquisitions and equity investments in a broad range of industries.
Sahadev is a partner in the White & Case Global Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. She represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of transactions, including strategic acquisitions, cross-border transactions, SPACs, joint ventures, partnerships and private investments.
The Emerging Leaders for 2022 will be formally recognized at ceremonies in New York on September 21 and November 16.
