Representation of a high-profile client in a trust and probate dispute involving multiple trial court and appellate court actions in California and Chile.

Representation of a global consumer electronics company in litigation in three US jurisdictions.

In a jury trial, successful defense of a high-profile client against wrongful termination claims seeking punitive damages.

Representation of a French bank in defense of a class action involving monies on deposit in banks located in Vietnam. The court sustained the bank's demurrer and dismissed the claims against the bank.

Representation of a baking conglomerate against employment-related and fraud claims by numerous delivery drivers. The case was resolved in the Firm client's favor after the trial court granted a non-suit motion following the plaintiffs' opening statement.

Representation of a generic drug manufacturer against claims of patent infringement. The court granted summary judgment in favor of the Firm's client.

Representation of an oil refiner in defense against anti-trust claims. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the Firm's client, and the Ninth Circuit affirmed. Dagher v. Saudi Refining, Inc. et al., 369 F.3d 1108 (9th Cir. 2004).
