Stephanie Rice is a litigation associate in the firm's Washington, DC office, where she represents clients in complex commercial litigation and antitrust matters. Stephanie has experience with drafting briefs and motions, deposition preparation, and managing large e-discovery projects. She has particular experience representing clients in allegations of violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). She has assisted in federal district court hearings regarding discovery disputes and injunctive relief.
Stephanie is also actively involved in the pro bono practice at the Firm, where she focuses on prisoner's rights litigation.
While in law school, Stephanie interned with Judge Rosemary M. Collyer of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and practiced in the Boston School of Law Civil Litigation Clinic. She was also a Note Editor on the Public Interest Law Journal.
