Biography
Overview
Tola Oyeyemi is an associate in the Global Antitrust Practice of White & Case. Tola's practice supports clients in complex class action and patent disputes, merger deals and agreements, as well as government investigations in both domestic and foreign jurisdictions, with experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer and retail, and technology industries. Tola's legal experience includes: negotiating agreements, drafting legal briefs and contract provisions, deposition preparation, legal research, drafting and producing documents and data, and analyzing documents.
Tola also maintains an active practice leading and managing a variety of pro bono matters, including in criminal appeals, labor rights, and human trafficking.
Prior to joining White & Case, Tola completed a federal clerkship for the Honorable Timothy M. Reif of the United States Court of International Trade. Tola graduated from Columbia Law School and served as a Managing Editor for the Journal of Transnational Law, completed a full-time externship at the Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs, Trade and Policy Division and completed an externship at the Court of International Trade. Prior to law school, Tola graduated cum laude from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service studying International Economics.
