Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the banks on a €100 million financing arrangement for CTP Vlněna.
Komerční banka was the lead arranger, agent and security agent, and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. collaborated as mandated lead arrangers.
CTP Vlněna is a state of the art energy-efficient office complex in Brno, Czech Republic, creatively repurposed from a former textile factory.
