White & Case advises Carlyle on Series B investment round in Hack The Box

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Carlyle as lead investor on the Series B investment round in Hack The Box.
"Our team advised Carlyle on this minority growth investment, which will support Hack The Box's plans to offer new products and solutions and its ongoing expansion into the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific," said White & Case partner Kenneth Barry, who co-led the Firm’s deal team.
