White & Case Advises Citigroup on Enel's New Sustainable Development Goal Target ECP Programme

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited as arranger on the update and modification of the Enel Group's Euro-Commercial Paper (ECP) Programme into a Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) Target ECP Programme, for a maximum total value of €6 billion.

The programme, which is designed to support the Enel Group's financing activity, was modified by inserting the possibility of issuing SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) Target Notes linked to the achievement by Enel of a certain percentage of installed capacity from renewable sources.

The Programme has also obtained the STEP Label from the STEP (Short-Term European Paper) Secretariat.
