Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland-listed Duell Corporation on its rights offering, related financing arrangements and general corporate matters.
Duell is a leading powersports aftermarket distributor in the Nordics with a growing presence in the rest of Europe. It offers motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, bicycle and marine products to dealers across several European markets.
