Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised LX Vistula (Hortex), a portfolio company of MidEuropa, on an amend and extend of its existing debt facilities.
"Our White & Case team has once again supported MidEuropa and its subsidiary Hortex group on a strategically significant deal that will allow them to continue to invest in the Hortex business," said White & Case partner Colin Harley, who led the Firm’s deal team.
Hortex is a Poland-based branded and private-label frozen food and beverage products manufacturer with a strong footprint across Central Europe.
MidEuropa is central Europe's largest private equity firm and has a successful track record spanning more than 20 years, with over €6 billion assets under management and 45 businesses backed to date.
