Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Deutsche Bank and Nordea as joint global coordinators on a fully underwritten €570 million rights offering by Finnair Plc, the largest airline in Finland.
The White & Case team in Helsinki which advised on the transaction was led by partners Mikko Hulkko and Jenni Nygård and included associates Thomas Killeen and Krista Enarvi.
