Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised TIER Mobility on an agreement to merge with Dott, a transaction which brings the companies together to form Europe's leading micro-mobility operator, with combined revenues of €250 million and over 125 million trips a year in more than 20 countries.
The transaction will be combined with a new equity financing round led by Mubadala Capital and Sofina, with other investors including Estari, M&G, Naspers, Novator and White Star Capital all participating. The transaction is conditional and is expected to close within the next two months.
White & Case has previously advised TIER on numerous equity and debt financings and several acquisitions and disposals, including TIER's acquisition and subsequent sale of the United States micro-mobility business Spin and its acquisition of the European bike sharing business Nextbike.
