Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Triton on its acquisition of utilities contractor OCU Group Limited.

Triton is an investment firm that supports the development of medium-sized businesses in the industrial tech, services, consumer, and healthcare sectors in Europe. Its focus is investing in companies that have the potential to develop sustainable businesses for the longer term.
Founded in 1994 by Tim and Tom O'Connor, OCU is a utility contactor with more than 2,000 employees and contractors operating across the UK and Ireland. Working directly with national network operators in the power, telco, water and rail industries, OCU offers a range of specialist technical solutions and capabilities in utility, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, alongside expert competencies in network design and project management.
