White & Case Expands Its Intellectual Property Practice with the Addition of Anna Naydonov in Washington, DC

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Intellectual Property Practice with the addition of first-chair litigator Anna Naydonov as a partner in Washington, DC.

Naydonov routinely litigates high-stakes cases before federal trial and appellate courts and has vast experience leading litigation teams and takings cases to jury and bench trials.  She also represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office and the National Advertising Division. In addition to her significant litigation experience, Naydonov counsels some of the world's most famous brands on advertising claims substantiation (including such areas as sustainability/ESG, web3 and blockchain and social media campaigns and promotions), trademark enforcement, copyright, and right of publicity issues.
