White & Case was named "Antitrust Firm of the Year" at the 9th Annual LMG Life Sciences Awards ceremony in New York. Also at the ceremony, Intellectual Property Partner Dimitrios Drivas (New York) was inducted into the LMG Life Sciences "Hall of Fame."
The LMG Life Sciences Awards recognize the "year's top firms and legal professionals operating in the life science market." Winners were selected based on independent research conducted by LMG Life Sciences for its 2021 edition.
Drivas’ practice focuses on patent litigation and counselling, and technology transfer. Drivas has more than 30 years of experience in intellectual property law and the resolution of complex commercial disputes. He has been lead trial counsel in patent litigations, patent antitrust litigations and arbitrations involving complex transactions and agreements.
