Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) has named White & Case LLP partners Jacqueline Chung and Morgan U. Hollins 2023 Rising Stars. The annual list showcases outstanding lawyers who have excelled in their careers and made significant contributions to the betterment of their communities. These Rising Stars are the "attorneys to watch," as their accomplishments and dedication to the legal profession have placed them on a trajectory to success.
Jacqueline is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Group in the Firm's New York office. She has extensive experience litigating business disputes that involve complex cross-border issues, often helping foreign clients to navigate state and federal court litigation in the United States. Jacqueline also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representation of wrongfully convicted individuals and victims of anti-Asian hate.
Morgan is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in the Firm's Houston office. Her practice consists of a wide range of both domestic and international transactional matters for strategic and private equity clients, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. She is also co-chair of the Houston Women's Network, and a member of the US Diversity Committee.

Both the 2023 Rising Stars and Rainmakers will be honored at MCCA's Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference in October in New York City.
