White & Case Retains Number 1 Ranking for US Firms Advising UK Listed Companies

In the February 2023 Corporate Advisers Rankings Guide published by UK rankings and intelligence service Adviser Rankings Ltd. (ARL), global law firm White & Case LLP earned eight number one rankings. The guide ranks advisors based on their number of UK listed clients.
White & Case is ranked the number one US law firm in the following categories:
- Total UK listed companies
- FTSE 250 companies (joint)
- Small cap / fledgling
- AIM listed (joint)
- Basic materials
- Energy
- Financial services (joint)
- Technology (joint)
"White & Case is a serious and rising player in the UK M&A market, rapidly taking market share from traditional UK Magic Circle law firms. The rankings "are drawn from UK, Irish, Channel Island and overseas domiciled companies with equity shares fully listed on the London Stock Exchange," according to ARL, "together with UK and international companies with equity shares listed on AIM."
