Our keynote speaker for this interactive roundtable is Michael Considine, Deputy Assistant Secretary for the national security functions within the US Office of International Affairs at the Department of Energy. For nearly 14 years, Mike has been overseeing the CFIUS review process on behalf of the Department of Energy, which is a key security member agency of CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S). At the seminar, he will share with the audience valuable insights, best practices and lessons learnt.
