Following the publication of the Vis Moot problem, the Firm organized the sixth edition of the White & Case Vis Colloquium on 17 October 2023. Simultaneous events were organized by 11 White & Case offices across the EMEA region: Astana, Brussels, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Prague, Stockholm, and Warsaw. The Vis Colloquium was held in a hybrid format, with participants attending in person at one of the participating offices, or via videoconference.
The Vis Colloquium involved international arbitration practitioners and academics, who presented tips on researching the issues of the Vis Moot Problem, and offered their experiences in drafting persuasive submissions, and in oral advocacy.
