Global law firm White & Case LLP has been honored with three Latin America Deals of the Year at this year's IJInvestor Awards, held in New York City.
The Firm's three winning Latin America deals are:
- Oil & Gas M&A Deal of the Year: EIG on acquisition of 80 percent in Quintero LNG terminal
- Energy Transition M&A Deal of the Year: HIF Global on equity investment for carbon-neutral e-fuels projects
- Refinancing Deal of the Year: TC Energy Mexican natural gas pipelines refinancing
The IJInvestor Awards, now in their fifth year, celebrate "the great and the good in infrastructure and M&A investments across the world." IJInvestor is a Euromoney data platform dedicated to global infrastructure and project finance.
