Early Evening Seminar: Leveraged Finance Hot Topics in the German and European Markets

White & Case is delighted to be hosting LMA's annual evening seminar in our Frankfurt office on 13 December 2023. The seminar will focus on developments in the European and German leveraged finance market, exploring both the bank and private equity perspectives.

The bank panel will be moderated by Vanessa Schürmann, Partner at White & Case, who will be joined by:

• Julia Frank, Managing Director, Loans & Leveraged Finance – Citi
• Miriam Vogel, Managing Director, Head of Leveraged Finance – Commerzbank

The private equity interview will be moderated by Gernot Wagner, Partner at White & Case, who will be interviewing Ruth Linz (Co-Head of Consumer) of Triton.

The seminar will take place in English. Registration will open at 16.15 p.m. with the seminar starting at 17.00 p.m. The event will last up to 1.5 hours and will be followed by a networking drinks reception.
